As a Vaillant Advance Partner, Hot and Cold Plumbers can achieve the same enviable reputation for performance, efficiency, quality and reliability and also we can offer to the customers extended warranty on newly fitted Vaillant products (three years).
No job is too small for us, be it a dripping tap, routine service/maintenance or at the other end of the spectrum, design, specify and install a complete new hot and cold water system.

Hourly Rate

Fixed Price

We work to an hourly rate.
Larger jobs are quoted. (i.e. boiler replacements etc.):

Our Hourly Rate is based upon a minimum charge of 1 hour
and then in 1/4 hour increments.

All Rates are excluding materials and parts.

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 £65.00 per hour
Monday - Friday: 18:00 - 21:00 £85.00 per hour
Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00 £85.00 per hour
Sunday: Closed

Emergency call-out from £85 per hour

Boiler Service £70.00

Gas Safety Certificate £70.00 (for Letting Agents or more properties from £50)

Power Flush from £350.00
